WHAT TO EXPECT
RH Full Body: Train all the major muscle groups, strengthening and conditioning your entire body from upper to lower body to core. Lots of rowing. (45 min)
RH HIIT: Full body, high intensity sweat session. Expect more floor-based intervals. (45 min)
RH Sculpt: Sculpt your body with dumbbells in between cardio intervals on the rowing machine. Moderate Intensity. Good for newer rowers or people who want more time off the machine. (45 min)
RH Restore: Looking to get back into the groove of things? Expect a gentler workout, focusing on reinvigorating your body. (45 min)
RH Competition (L2): More rowing. More meters and drills. Good for experienced rowers. (45 min)
RH LAUNCH: Just starting out? Start to feel the benefits, and learn how to get the most of your rowing-based workouts in this intensive workshop. (2 hrs)
RH Tune-Up: By appointment only, this private skills session will provide more hands on attention so you get your stroke down. (30 min)
