Our LAUNCH program is specially designed to provide you with an in depth on boarding on indoor rowing for fitness.  In an intimate small-group format, you will learn form, technique and how to create power on the erg.  You'll learn how to make the most of your rowing-based workouts to achieve the results you are looking for.  

Have a specific goal?  Looking out for an injury?  Your coach will address it as you get started on your new fitness routine!
