Our LAUNCH program is specially designed to provide you with an in depth on boarding on indoor rowing for fitness.  In an intimate small-group format, you will learn form, technique and how to create power on the erg.  You'll learn how to make the most of your rowing-based workouts to achieve the results you are looking for.   Have a specific goal?  Looking out for an injury?  Your coach will address it as you get started on your new fitness routine!

The LAUNCH program is offered various times each month as a 2-day workshop or in a crash course format meeting one time for 2 hours. See upcoming LAUNCH schedule below.  Additional times offered by request.
