Nicole Lee, Chief operating officer

Nicole spent nearly 4 years as a coach at EVF Upper East Side after leaving a 10-year career in corporate taxation to start a family. Now she marries her passion for fitness and her professional expertise to lead business operations for EVF Performance and Row House.

Nicole has her bachelor’s in Accounting, with an MBA in Taxation and is a licensed CPA. She also holds the following certifications: CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Weightlifting, NASM-CPT and NASM-CES.   Meet the rest of our EVF team.

Chris grew up on Long Island and played competitive baseball, which ultimately landed him a scholarship at Franklin Pierce University. He earned his B.S. in Marketing. Chris was introduced to Row House through our sister company, EVF Performance, where he coached CrossFit.

“I love rowing because it’s a great way to get in conditioning — and it’s low impact. Plus, I can track my results and efforts in real time! Row House is so true to sport. During class, you have to stay on the same stroke in a room of people with different split times. I like to think of it as a game within a game.”

Erica runs the day to day sales and business operations at Row House Chelsea. She is a Boston native and former fitness studio owner with a background in animal welfare.

She has two bengal cats and loves spending her spare time volunteering in animal shelters, trying new workouts and baking — with a specialty in sugar cookies!
