Row House Co-Founder, Eric Von Frohlich, and Fitness Instructor, Gretchen Raddatz, are teaming up to give you a full afternoon of exercise! Join us on Sunday, October 5th from 1-5PM at Row House and EVF Columbus Circle. Click this link, and go to the 10/5 Workout Camp tab to reserve a spot for this exercise event.
The entire afternoon will have you working out - and is suitable for any level and any age. You can expect energetic, fast‐paced, and challenging classes in a safe and inspiring environment. By incorporating some of the newest trends in training (Rowing) with proven techniques (Conditioning and Strength), the overall experience is a highly effective alternative or a complement to your exercise regime.
Gretchen is a passionate, committed coach working in the fitness field for over 6 years. Gretchen’s specialty is leading bootcamps and clinics in various indoor and outdoor settings. For the last 4+ years, Gretchen has inspired over 6,000 participants that arrived onsite for one or more weeks of rigorous classes totaling 5 to 6 hours a day at one of the most successful fitness resorts in the United States. Gretchen was the lead instructor for average of 4 hours on any given work day in a variety of areas: cardio, strength, core, high intensity intervals, and more. Most importantly, the critical element was to keep everyone engaged, motivated and coming back for more. Earlier this year, Gretchen moved back to her home state of New York to be closer to family and friends. And within a very short period of time, she has was quickly established herself as a coach and instructor with a loyal following. We are thrilled to have Gretchen as a part of our Row House team.
