Row House Staffer Dre’s favorite summer time post-workout drink is… lemonade: it’s refreshing, sweet, and the epitome of summer time. Here she gives us some of her favorite add-ins to for the season:

Add Seltzer to give it the fun bubbly fizz.
Add chia seeds for their antioxidants, energy, iron and fiber.
Add any post-workout supplement, Dre likes to ad glutamin or amino acid based mixes.
Sometimes she'll add sliced cucumber for aesthetics. 

Prep is super-fast, and you can let it chill while you are working out, so it's nice and ready to drink after.
