WHY ROW HOUSE

FULL BODY: Work your upper body, lower body, and core all at once. Our group workout works over 85% of your muscles with every stroke you take!

LOW IMPACT: We are in it to win it which means we need to build our body up; not break it down! Rowing is a low-impact exercise with low risk of injury so we can continue to stay active and fit!

TEAM ENVIRONMENT: At Row House we row as a crew! You can expect an energetic, endorphin-boosting workout in a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment. Did we mention the great playlists?

WHAT TO EXPECT

RH® Full Body: Train all the major muscle groups, strengthening and conditioning your entire body from upper to lower body to core.(50 min or 45 min)

RH® HIIT: Full body, high intensity sweat session. Expect more floor-based intervals. (50 min)

RH® Restore Looking to get back into the groove of things?  Expect a gentler workout, focusing on reinvigorating your body.  (45 min)

RH® Competition:   Whether you are training for a race or just maximizing your fitness, join our most advanced rowers for meters and drills.  (45 min)

RH® 101Just starting out? Get a feel for the machine, your stroke and the benefits of RH in this instructional workout. (45 min)

RH® Tune-Up: By appointment only, this private skills session will provide more hands on attention so you get your stroke down. (30 min)
